Role & Company / Project Overview: Novelite RCM is hiring experienced HCC (Hierarchical Condition Category) Medical Coders to join our revenue cycle management operations. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Review clinical medical records and documentation for risk adjustment coding. • Accurately assign HCC diagnostic codes in compliance with official coding standards and client requirements. • Ensure high data integrity, accuracy, and adherence to productivity benchmarks. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Experience: 6 months to 2 years of relevant medical coding experience. • Domain Expertise: Hierarchical Condition Category (HCC) / Risk Adjustment. • Open to both Certified (e.g., CPC, CRC) and Non-Certified Coders. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Work Model: Onsite walk-in recruitment. • Walk-in Dates: 29th October 2026 to 31st October 2026. • Timings: 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. • Venue: 7th Floor, Vijaya Sai Towers, Kukatpally, Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
