### Role & Company / Project Overview WE2HIRE is conducting urgent hiring for an AR Caller – PB (Patient Billing) within the US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) domain, specifically focusing on Denial Management and Voice Process operations. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Perform outbound voice calls to US health insurance payers and patients to resolve denied or pending claims. • Investigate claim denials, perform root-cause analysis, and take corrective actions for claim resubmission. • Follow up on pending accounts receivable balances to ensure timely reimbursement and cash flow. • Document payer interactions, claim statuses, and payment commitments accurately in the billing system. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in US Healthcare RCM, denial management, and voice processes. • Prior experience in Patient Billing (PB) / AR Calling. • Strong verbal communication and denial resolution skills. • Immediate joiners only. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: Hyderabad, Telangana, India • Work model: Work From Office (WFO) ### Application Instructions Interested and eligible candidates can submit their applications online or contact HR directly.
