• Role & Company / Project Overview Hiring experienced and detail-oriented Prior Authorization Specialists (Voice Process) with a strong understanding of medical terminology and healthcare insurance processes. The role is responsible for obtaining prior authorizations and referrals, verifying insurance eligibility, and coordinating with insurance providers to ensure timely approvals for medical procedures and services. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Obtain prior authorizations and referrals through insurance portals and telephonic communication - Verify patient insurance coverage, benefits, and eligibility requirements - Process authorization requests for surgeries, procedures, injections, and Durable Medical Equipment (DME) - Submit clinical documentation to insurance companies to secure approvals - Track authorization requests and follow up with insurance providers on pending cases - Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with payer guidelines - Coordinate with physicians, clinical staff, and insurance representatives to resolve authorization-related issues - Ensure timely processing of requests to avoid delays in patient care • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Minimum 1.6+ years of experience in Prior Authorization or Pre-Authorization - Graduate in any discipline - Strong knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare insurance processes - Experience working with insurance portals and payer guidelines - Excellent communication, follow-up, and documentation skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment - Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems is preferred - Preferred Candidate Profile: Experience handling authorizations for surgeries, procedures, injections, and DME; strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to manage multiple tasks independently with attention to detail - Notice Period: Immediate joiners to 30 days • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Uppal, Hyderabad, Telangana, India - Work Mode: Work from Office - Fixed Week Offs: Saturday and Sunday • Compensation & Benefits - Salary: Up to ₹5,50,000 per annum (Hike: Up to 20% only) - Night Shift Allowance: ₹100 per working day - Two-Way Cab Facility: Within a 25 km radius - Self-Transportation Allowance: Up to ₹3,500 per month - Excellent career growth opportunities • Application Instructions - Interested candidates can share their resume to the designated recruiter email address
