Role & Company / Project Overview: We are hiring experienced US Healthcare RCM Professionals for the position of AR Caller – Physician Billing (PB) in Hyderabad. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Follow up with US insurance companies regarding pending, rejected, or denied physician billing claims. • Resolve complex claim denials, appeal rejected claims, and ensure timely reimbursement. • Document payer interactions accurately within billing and practice management systems. • Achieve daily and monthly targets for collections, quality, and resolution turnaround times. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 2+ years of relevant experience in US Healthcare RCM AR Calling for Physician Billing (PB). • Strong understanding of physician billing, CPT/ICD codes, modifiers, and denial resolution. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Immediate joiners preferred.
