Job description
Role & Company / Project Overview: Skill2Hire Technologies is seeking an experienced Google Cloud Platform Admin for a leading product-based company. The position is offered on a Contract-to-Hire (C2H) basis on Skill2Hire Technologies payroll, based in Hyderabad. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Administer and maintain Google Cloud Platform (GCP) infrastructure as primary cloud platform and secondary AWS workloads. • Manage CI/CD pipelines, container orchestration, and automated application deployments. • Manage and configure automation platforms including UiPath and Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps). • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize cloud environments to maintain high availability and reliability. • Support security compliance, vulnerability remediation, and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices. • Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and configuration management tools. • Work directly with enterprise teams on cloud architecture, governance, and platform enhancements. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 8+ years of relevant experience in cloud administration, DevOps, or SRE roles. • Primary expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) along with secondary experience in AWS. • Hands-on knowledge of automation platforms: UiPath, Power Platform, Power Automate, and Power Apps. • Proficiency in scripting and system administration: Python, PowerShell, or Bash across Linux & Windows systems. • Strong experience in Terraform, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, and Redis. • In-depth knowledge of cloud security, infrastructure optimization, and enterprise governance.
