Role & Company / Project Overview: Nethra Recruitment Solutions is hiring an experienced Infrastructure DevOps Engineer on behalf of LTM in Hyderabad, Telangana. The role focuses on cloud infrastructure automation, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), CI/CD pipelines, and configuration management. The candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, automating, and optimizing scalable, secure, and resilient infrastructure across Microsoft Azure and AWS environments. This includes working with Terraform, Ansible, and Azure DevOps to streamline infrastructure provisioning, deployment, monitoring, and operational processes while ensuring compliance with enterprise standards and security best practices. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Design, develop, and maintain IaC using Terraform and Ansible. • Automate deployment and configuration of cloud components (VNets, Subnets, NSGs, VMs, Load Balancers, App Gateways, Storage Accounts, managed databases, AKS, etc.). • Ensure deployments are consistent, repeatable, idempotent, and version-controlled. • Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps Pipelines, Azure Repos, and GitHub. • Integrate automated testing, validation, security checks, and approvals. • Implement blue-green deployments, rollback mechanisms, and controlled releases. • Apply DevSecOps principles with security policies and compliance checks. • Perform capacity planning, performance tuning, troubleshooting, and monitoring using tools like Application Insights and Grafana. • Collaborate with cloud architects, developers, security, and operations teams. • Follow Agile practices and contribute to continuous improvement. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Around 7 years of relevant experience in Infrastructure, Cloud Engineering, DevOps, or related domain. • Priority Skills: Terraform + Ansible + Azure DevOps Pipelines + Azure Cloud Infrastructure + AWS. • Strong hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Azure IaaS & PaaS (VMs, Networking, Storage, Azure SQL, App Services, AKS, Functions). • Proficiency in Terraform and Ansible. • Experience with CI/CD using Azure DevOps Pipelines, Azure Repos, and/or GitHub. • Experience with Azure and AWS cloud infrastructure. • Good understanding of networking, IAM, security, compliance, and governance. • Understanding of DevSecOps principles, rollback mechanisms, and secure deployment. • Knowledge of monitoring, logging, alerting, and troubleshooting. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills. • Candidates should have hands-on experience in infrastructure automation and CI/CD implementation rather than application development or cloud monitoring alone. • Strong technical troubleshooting and analytical thinking, ability to manage multiple priorities independently, and adaptability to Agile methodologies and iterative delivery models. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline preferred. • Certifications (Preferred/Added Advantage): Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, Microsoft Certified: DevOps Engineer Expert, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, HashiCorp Certified: Terraform Associate, or ITIL Foundation certification.
