• Role & Company / Project Overview Roastery Coffee House is hiring an F&B Supervisor (Café Captain) in Hyderabad. At Roastery Coffee House, we believe hospitality is more than serving food and coffee — it's about creating memorable guest experiences. We are looking for a passionate, confident, and service-oriented F&B Supervisor (Café Captain) who can lead the service team on the floor, ensure smooth daily operations, and deliver exceptional hospitality to every guest. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Lead the floor team and ensure excellent guest service throughout the shift. - Welcome guests, manage seating, and ensure smooth table turns. - Coordinate with the kitchen, baristas, and service team for timely and accurate order delivery. - Supervise POS punching, KOT accuracy, food presentation, and service standards. - Conduct daily team briefings, assign sections, and guide team members. - Train and mentor new team members through on-the-job coaching. - Maintain grooming, hygiene, cleanliness, and Roastery SOP standards. - Handle guest feedback and service concerns professionally. - Ensure service stations are well-stocked and maintain proper shift handovers. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Minimum qualification: 12th pass. - Hotel Management background is mandatory. - Minimum 2 years of experience as a Captain in a café, restaurant, or hospitality establishment. - Fluent in spoken English with strong communication skills. - Good leadership, team coordination, and guest-handling abilities. - Strong understanding of restaurant service standards and floor operations. - Professional grooming, a positive attitude, and a passion for hospitality. - Profile fit: Someone who takes ownership of the floor, supports the team during peak hours, handles guest concerns confidently, and believes in delivering hospitality with warmth and consistency. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Hyderabad, Telangana, India (Roastery Coffee House) • Compensation & Benefits - Standard industry benefits as applicable • Application Instructions Interested candidates can submit their updated resume via WhatsApp.
