• Role & Company / Project Overview We are hiring for the senior position of Frontier AI Readiness & Assessment Engineer (L6) based in Hyderabad. This is a leadership-level technical role focused on frontier AI security, assessment, red teaming, and application security. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Deliver AI development and forward deployment solutions tailored for security-specific use cases. - Apply AppSec and DevSecOps practices across large-scale deployments. - Lead and execute penetration testing, red teaming, purple teaming, breach attack simulation, and ethical hacking initiatives. - Build and manage successful security practices, contributing to practice development, go-to-market strategies, and sales enablement. - Secure large-scale LLM deployments and multi-agent workflows. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - 15+ years of total experience in application security, with 8+ years in leadership roles. - Proven track record of building and managing successful security practices. - AI Development skills leveraging OpenAI stack or similar AI stacks. - Strong knowledge of penetration testing, red teaming, purple teaming, breach attack simulation, and ethical hacking. - Industry-recognized security certifications (e.g., OSCP, CEH, CISSP, CISA, CISM). - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Ideal Experience: 5+ years in cybersecurity architecture with proven experience securing large-scale LLM deployments and multi-agent workflows. - Technical Proficiency: Hands-on capability with agent frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen) and MLOps platforms. - Framework Knowledge: Deep familiarity with model risk management principles and AI security standards. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Hyderabad, Telangana, India. - Work Mode: Hybrid. • Application Instructions - Qualified and interested candidates should share their CV via email to the hiring contact.
