Devaus Software Solutions is seeking a professional to handle end-to-end payroll and statutory compliance management. Responsibilities include monthly salary calculations, issuance of payslips, bank transfers, and reimbursements. The role involves managing statutory compliance including PF, ESI, PT, and TDS deduction and remittance, as well as filing challans and returns. Additional duties include managing the employee self-service portal for tax proofs and Form 16, year-end compliance, audit support, and ensuring adherence to the Shops & Establishments Act, Contract Labour Act, and Minimum Wages laws. The position provides a dedicated payroll executive to ensure zero penalty records and monthly MIS reporting for finance teams.
