### Role & Company / Project Overview Skycliff IT is hiring for patient scheduling professionals to join their expanding team in Hubballi. The role is responsible for facilitating smooth patient intake, coordinating clinical appointments, and managing scheduling operations. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Coordinate, schedule, and confirm appointments between patients and healthcare providers • Gather and record accurate patient demographic and insurance details during intake • Manage appointment calendar adjustments, reschedules, and cancellations • Provide professional communication and support to ensure positive patient service ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Minimum 1 year of professional experience in any domain • Excellent verbal communication and organizational capabilities • Ability to handle scheduling systems and patient communication efficiently ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: 3rd & 4th floor, Kothari Centre, above Westside showroom, Basaveshwar Nagar, Gokul Road, Hubballi, Karnataka • Walk-in Interviews: Monday to Friday | 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM • Onsite full-time role ### Application Instructions • Walk in for an interview Monday through Friday or send your application via official channels
