We are seeking an experienced SharePoint & Workflow Developer to support a large-scale Enterprise Content Management (ECM) Migration from IBM FileNet to SharePoint Online. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a high-impact digital transformation initiative involving content migration, workflow modernization, and SharePoint solution development. Key responsibilities include leading and supporting migration of content, metadata, and workflows from IBM FileNet to SharePoint Online, analyzing FileNet repositories, designing migration and metadata mapping strategies, using tools such as ShareGate, Metalogix, and AvePoint, developing modern SharePoint Online solutions using SPFx, JavaScript, TypeScript, and REST APIs, re-engineering FileNet workflows using Power Automate, integrating SharePoint with enterprise applications, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Required skills include strong experience with SharePoint Online, SPFx, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML/CSS, REST APIs, Power Automate, ECM migration, and migration tools. This is an onsite contract position in Houston, Texas.
