### Role & Company / Project Overview Acacia is actively seeking an experienced and dedicated Production Manager to join our team. We specialize in building complex, high-end architectural millwork—craftsmanship that demands exceptional skill, seamless teamwork, and strong operational leadership. This is a pivotal role focused on stepping onto our production floor, building high-performing teams, and establishing robust systems to elevate our manufacturing operations. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Step directly onto the production floor to lead, mentor, and build a high-performing manufacturing team. • Develop, refine, and implement production systems and workflows to drive operational excellence. • Oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations, ensuring projects move quickly without sacrificing craftsmanship or quality. • Cultivate a collaborative culture focused on continuous improvement and team success. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Solid background in manufacturing operations is required. • Prior millwork experience is NOT required (we will teach you the craft). • Strong leadership instincts with a proven track record of building and leading championship teams. • Demonstrated ability to operate at a fast pace while maintaining rigorous quality standards. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: Houston, Texas, United States (On-site production facility). ### Compensation & Benefits • Competitive compensation structure commensurate with experience. ### Application Instructions • Interested candidates should submit their resume directly via email.
