### Role & Company / Project Overview Conglomerate IT is looking for an experienced Network Engineering Integration Architect with a strong telecom background to lead network infrastructure integration, large-scale migrations, and operational consolidation initiatives. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Lead network infrastructure integration, large-scale migrations, and operational consolidation initiatives • Oversee OSS/BSS integration, network inventory, and automated provisioning • Manage NOC consolidation, monitoring, SNMP, syslog, and alarm management • Develop migration planning, MOPs, cutover execution, and rollback strategies • Maintain strong coordination across engineering, IT, and field operations teams ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • 15+ years of experience mandatory in Network Engineering, Telecom Operations, or Infrastructure Systems • Telecom experience is mandatory, preferably with telecom operators, broadband/ISP providers, or cable companies • Experience with M&A infrastructure integration or large-scale network migrations • Strong knowledge of routing, switching, transport, backhaul, and CPE • Hands-on telecom infrastructure integration and post-acquisition migration experience strongly encouraged ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: Houston, TX, United States • Travel: Twice a month to the client site, plus as needed ### Compensation & Benefits • Not specified ### Application Instructions • Interested candidates can send their updated resume to the designated contact email.
