Job description

• Role & Company / Project Overview: A leading Metal Manufacturing Plant in Hosur, Tamil Nadu requires an experienced Pre-Treatment Operator to handle metal surface preparation and cleaning processes prior to coating. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Operate pre-treatment tanks, wash stages, degreasing, and phosphating processes. - Monitor chemical concentrations, temperature parameters, and immersion/spray times. - Ensure metal components are clean, free of contaminants, and ready for powder coating or painting. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Eligibility: ITI or Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. - Experience: 2 to 3 Years in metal pre-treatment operations. - Experience in automotive, furniture, or metal manufacturing plants. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Hosur, Tamil Nadu, India (Onsite). • Compensation & Benefits: - Not mentioned. • Application Instructions: - Forward updated CV to the recruiter email.
