### Role & Company / Project Overview Infotree Global Solutions is hiring an experienced Fire Alarm Designer to join a dynamic engineering team and lead fire alarm system design projects. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Lead and execute fire alarm system design projects. • Develop design layouts and plans including high-rise buildings and smoke control systems. • Utilize CAD and BIM software to generate accurate technical drawings and documentation. • Ensure all electrical designs comply strictly with relevant building codes and safety regulations. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • 3+ years of professional experience in fire alarm design, specifically including high-rise buildings and smoke control. • High proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit. • NICET Level I certification is preferred. • Solid knowledge of electrical design and relevant building codes. • Fluent English communication skills (C1 level). ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: Heredia, Heredia Province, Costa Rica. • Contract type: Indefinite. ### Compensation & Benefits • Career growth opportunities within a global organization. ### Application Instructions • Send your CV with the subject line 'Fire Alarm Designer' to the recruitment team.
