Role & Company / Project Overview: We are hiring a creative and detail-oriented Content Specialist passionate about content creation, digital trends, and e-commerce to join our growing team in Heliopolis, Cairo, Egypt. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Create engaging, clear, and persuasive content for products and digital platforms. • Write and optimize product descriptions to improve customer engagement and conversions. • Research products, categories, and market trends to ensure accurate and appealing content. • Ensure consistency in tone of voice, quality, and content guidelines. • Upload, review, and update product content on the platform. • Collaborate with the marketing, design, and e-commerce teams. • Proofread content and ensure accuracy, grammar, and attention to detail. • Support content improvement initiatives to enhance the customer experience. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, English, or a related field. • Previous experience in content writing, content management, or e-commerce is preferred. • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills. • Strong research skills and attention to detail. • Good command of English and Arabic. • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and SEO principles is a plus. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
