Role & Company / Project Overview: We are seeking an experienced and skilled Application Developer to contribute directly to the development and enhancement of the PSE SLDS Portal. This is a contractual engagement for a 1-year duration with a strong possibility of extension. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Participate in the end-to-end design, development, testing, and deployment of features for the PSE SLDS Portal. • Build robust, secure, and scalable web applications and ASP.NET Core RESTful APIs. • Create interactive and responsive front-end components using Blazor and Razor Components. • Implement database architectures, develop T-SQL scripts, and handle data modeling. • Maintain high standards of software quality through unit testing, integration testing, and comprehensive technical documentation. • Collaborate within CI/CD pipelines and adhere to established Git branching strategies. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 5+ years of professional application development experience. • In-depth expertise in C# and .NET versions 8 to 10. • Hands-on proficiency with Blazor and Razor Components. • Strong background in ASP.NET Core RESTful APIs. • Proven experience with SQL Server 2022, T-SQL, Database Design, ERDs, and Data Modeling. • Extensive practical experience with Entity Framework Core (EF Core). • Strong grasp of Authentication, Authorization, and Application Security principles. • Solid foundation in SOLID Principles and Clean Architecture design. • Experience utilizing Azure DevOps, CI/CD Pipelines, and Git Branching strategies. • Demonstrated competency in Unit Testing, Integration Testing, Technical Documentation, and Application Architecture. • Nice to Have: Experience with Power BI Reports, Datasets, and Data Models, as well as CSS, Bootstrap, and Tailwind CSS.
