Role & Company / Project Overview: A reputed manufacturing company is hiring an experienced Rubber Technologist in Haridwar, Uttarakhand. This technical leadership role is dedicated to candidates strictly from the Rubber Industry to oversee product manufacturing, compounding, and manufacturing operations. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Lead technical operations and troubleshoot manufacturing processes across rubber production facilities. • Manage rubber processing stages including mixing, compounding, and vulcanization. • Drive technical problem-solving, quality standards enforcement, and manufacturing process improvement initiatives. • Oversee product development and rigorous rubber testing against relevant quality specifications. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Minimum 15+ years of relevant experience in rubber technology and rubber product manufacturing. • Mandatory background strictly within the Rubber Industry. • Strong, comprehensive knowledge of rubber compounding, chemical formulation, and raw materials. • Demonstrated expertise in rubber processing, mixing techniques, and vulcanization methods. • Proven knowledge of rubber testing protocols, quality control standards, and product development lifecycles. • Strong technical problem-solving, troubleshooting, and process optimization skills. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Haridwar, Uttarakhand, India. Compensation & Benefits: • Salary: Up to INR 20 LPA (Lakhs Per Annum).
