Role & Company / Project Overview: • Vikrant University, Gwalior, invites applications from experienced and dynamic professionals for the senior leadership position of Director – Admissions. Seeking a strategic leader to drive admissions growth, strengthen outreach and counselling initiatives, lead the end-to-end admissions process, and build a high-performing admissions team. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Lead overall admission strategy and achieve institutional enrolment targets. • Drive comprehensive outreach, student counselling, and institutional marketing campaigns. • Manage end-to-end admission process, documentation, workflows, and regulatory compliance. • Build, mentor, motivate, and direct a high-performing university admissions team. • Contribute to meaningful institutional expansion and overall university growth. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Master's degree in a relevant discipline. • 10+ years of relevant professional experience. • Proven track record and demonstrated expertise in admissions leadership and team management. • Prior experience in the Higher Education sector is strongly preferred.
