Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and dealers. • Visit retail outlets, stationery shops, toy stores, and other potential customers. • Generate new business opportunities and expand market presence. • Achieve monthly sales targets and drive revenue growth. • Take regular orders and ensure timely follow-ups with customers. • Promote company products, schemes, and offers in the market. • Monitor competitor activities and share market feedback with the team. • Ensure proper product visibility and availability at retail outlets. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in FMCG, toys, stationery, or consumer products. • Freshers with a strong interest in sales may also apply. • Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. • Ability to achieve sales targets and work independently. • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory. • Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
