• Role & Company / Project Overview Prism Stone Career is hiring highly experienced finance professionals for Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) on behalf of one of the world's leading Multinational Corporations (MNCs). The role encompasses deep expertise in Financial Planning & Analysis, Financial Controllership, and Strategic Business Finance. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Drive financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting across business units - Maintain P&L ownership and execute robust financial controllership - Act in business partnering and manage senior stakeholder relationships - Oversee working capital management - Perform cash flow forecasting and in-depth variance analysis - Implement Zero-Based Budgeting (ZBB) methodologies - Lead cross-functional collaboration across departments - Conduct strategic financial analysis to drive executive decision-making and manage complex financial operations • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - CA / CMA / CFA / CPA / MBA (Finance) from a premier institute - 10 to 15 years of relevant FP&A experience - Strong financial analytical and business partnering capabilities - Proven track record of managing complex financial operations and collaborating with senior leadership - Exposure to leading organizations such as Big 4 firms (KPMG, PwC, Deloitte, EY) or the FMCG and Tobacco industries - Note: Sales & Marketing profiles will not be considered • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Job Location: Gurugram, Haryana, India - Shift: US Shifts - Relocation: Required (if applicable) • Compensation & Benefits - Career Level CL-8: Up to ₹1,11,000 (subject to confirmation of applicable compensation structure) - Career Level CL-9: Up to ₹2,18,200 (subject to confirmation of applicable compensation structure) • Application Instructions Interested candidates who meet the requirements should send their updated resume with the email subject format: 'FP&A | Gurugram | Total Experience | Current CTC'.
