• Role & Company / Project Overview Savanna HR has been mandated to hire a Head of E-commerce & Quick Commerce for a leading consumer manufacturing brand. This is a critical leadership role with full P&L ownership, driving growth and digital revenue. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Proven Q-commerce leadership with complete P&L ownership and a demonstrated track record of driving digital revenue growth. - Scale the brand across key platforms including Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, and leading large marketplaces. - Manage Joint Business Plans (JBPs), pricing strategy, product assortment, and inventory planning inside out. - Lead cross-functional teams to execute digital commerce and growth initiatives. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - 5 to 10 years of experience in e-commerce, digital strategy, or FMCG. - Proven track record of scaling consumer brands on quick commerce and marketplace platforms. - Deep functional knowledge of JBPs, pricing models, assortment curation, and inventory management. - Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Gurugram, India. • Compensation & Benefits - Not specified. • Application Instructions - Send your updated CV via email with the subject line format: "Application for Head of Q-Commerce | [Your Name]" or apply online via the company careers portal.
