Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Handling inbound and outbound customer support calls for an international voice process. • Providing first-class customer service, troubleshooting inquiries, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Educational Qualification: Undergraduate (UG) or Graduate (both can apply). • Experience Requirement: Minimum 12 months of international customer service experience required. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Work Mode: Onsite in Gurugram (GGN). • Shift Timing: Rotational shift (any 9 hours shift). • Weekly Off: Rotational weekly off for males and females. • Location: Gurugram, Haryana, India. Compensation & Benefits: • Salary: Up to ₹27,000 in-hand per month. • Benefits: Cab facility provided.
