• Role & Company / Project Overview Zenith Consultancy Services is hosting a Mega Walk-in Drive for freshers and experienced professionals for a US Captive Healthcare Process based in Gurugram. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Manage operations and customer communication for US captive healthcare processes - Maintain quality service and meet daily operational metrics • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Education: Graduate (No B.Tech / B.SC candidates eligible) - Batch: Graduation in 2023 or later - Experience: Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Gurugram, Haryana - Shift Timings: Fixed Night Shift (5:30 PM to 2:30 AM) - Work Week: 5 days working with fixed offs on Saturday and Sunday - Cab Facility: Both side cab provided - Walk-in Interview: Friday, 23rd Oct, 11:00 AM onwards • Compensation & Benefits - In-Hand Salary: ₹18,500 per month - Transportation: Both side cab facility • Application Instructions - Attend the walk-in drive or contact the recruitment team directly to secure an interview slot
