### Role & Company / Project Overview Stellar Information Technology Pvt. Ltd. is hiring Tech Support Executives to support International customers across voice, chat, web, and email channels. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Handle technical support queries across Web, Voice, Chat, and Email. - Provide effective resolutions through a blended process and ensure excellent customer satisfaction. - Contribute to monthly performance goals through effective customer interactions. - Deliver technical support for international customer processes. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - 1–3 years of experience in Technical Support / Software Support / Application Support. - Strong communication skills. - Educational Qualifications: B.Tech (CS) / BCA / MCA (60% in Class X & XII preferred). ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Gurugram – Head Office (Haryana, India). - Monthly rotational shifts. - Shift Timings: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM / 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM / 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM. ### Compensation & Benefits - Fixed Saturday–Sunday Off. - Free cab facility available for Gurugram location. ### Application Instructions - Apply now by sharing your updated profile.
