• Role & Company / Project Overview: Premium customer support opportunity within an International Healthcare Process for dedicated bilingual professionals. This is an on-site, voice-based profile supporting international clients. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Provide high-quality, voice-based support to international clients. - Assist clients with navigating complex medical processes, inquiries, and queries. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Minimum 1+ year of International Experience (Mandatory). - C1/C2 proficiency in French language (Verbal & Written – Mandatory). - Strong customer service and verbal communication skills. - Immediate joiners preferred. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Work Mode: On-site (Work From Office), 5 Days a week. - Location: Gurugram, India. - Transport: Both-side cab facility provided. • Compensation & Benefits: - CTC: Up to 9 LPA (900,000 INR per annum). - Both-side cab service. • Application Instructions: - Share updated CV via email or contact number for screening.
