Role & Company / Project Overview: The Embassy Catering is urgently hiring a Demi Chef de Partie (DCDP) for their Pan Asian culinary section. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Assist the Section Chef and CDP in daily Pan Asian food preparations and station setup • Cook, assemble, and garnish dishes according to executive recipes and presentation guidelines • Supervise station commis chefs and ensure stations remain sanitized and fully stocked Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Culinary training and proven hands-on experience in Pan Asian cookery • Working knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment, ingredients, and food safety standards • Ability to work efficiently under kitchen pressure • Immediate joiners preferred Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • On-site kitchen role located at D-100, Phase V, Gurugram, Haryana Compensation & Benefits: • Competitive salary based on individual expertise and experience • Career growth potential within a reputable culinary team Application Instructions: • Forward profile and experience details to apply immediately
