• Role & Company / Project Overview Mascot Services is hiring a Team Lead – FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) in Gurugram. This is a career advancement opportunity for a qualified finance professional with robust expertise in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Lead financial planning, annual budgeting, periodic forecasting, and financial modeling initiatives. - Perform comprehensive variance analysis comparing actuals against budgets and forecasts to identify financial trends and business drivers. - Partner with leadership to provide actionable financial insights, performance metrics, and strategic recommendations. - Supervise and guide FP&A workflows and financial reporting processes. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Exclusively accepted professional qualifications: CA, CMA, CPA, or CFA ONLY (candidates with other qualifications will not be considered). - Minimum of 2 years of relevant FP&A experience post-articleship. - Strong, hands-on experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Work Mode: Work from Office (WFO). - Location: Gurugram, Haryana, India. • Compensation & Benefits - Compensation: Up to ₹16 LPA Fixed + 21% Variable Pay. - Benefits: Both-side cab facility provided. • Application Instructions - Interested candidates should email their updated résumé to the designated recruiter email address.
