Role & Company / Project Overview: Shree HR Consultancy Services is actively hiring Senior Mendix Developers for enterprise-level application development projects in Gurgaon. This is a full-time, hybrid position with 15 openings in the IT industry. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Design and develop Mendix applications, workflows, and reusable components. • Translate business requirements into technical solutions. • Integrate applications with APIs, databases, and enterprise systems. • Ensure application performance, security, and scalability. • Lead code reviews, testing, and production support. • Collaborate with architects, product owners, and development teams. • Mentor team members and contribute to technical decisions. • Manage technical documentation and deployment activities. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Educational Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech. • 6–8 years of professional experience with substantial Mendix development experience. • Strong knowledge of Mendix Studio Pro. • Expertise in Domain Modeling, Microflows, and Nanoflows. • Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and relational databases. • Knowledge of Agile methodology, source control, automated testing, and CI/CD. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Good-to-have: Mendix Advanced or Expert Certification, cloud deployment and performance optimization, knowledge of Java, JavaScript or related technologies, and enterprise-scale project experience. • Notice period: 15–30 Days. • Gender: Any. Compensation & Benefits: • Salary: INR 2,800,000 - 3,200,000 per annum (₹28–32 LPA).
