### Role & Company / Project Overview Velion IT Pvt Ltd is hiring a Full-Time Product Manager specializing in Life Insurance or Wealth Insurance for an onsite position based in Gurgaon, NCR. The interview process will be conducted virtually. This role is targeted at professionals with 8 to 12 years of experience who can drive agile delivery, manage backlogs, and collaborate across cross-functional teams. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Own and prioritize product backlogs, features, and user stories. • Define product roadmaps aligned with business goals and technology strategy. • Collaborate closely with business and technology stakeholders, business analysts, and Agile teams. • Drive Agile execution, backlog refinement, and end-to-end implementation and delivery. • Manage dependencies, delivery risks, and stakeholder expectations. • Track product performance, process improvement, and metrics to drive continuous improvement. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Mandatory: Strong domain knowledge in Life Insurance or Wealth Insurance. • Proven experience in Product Management, Product Delivery, or a closely related role. • 8 to 12 years of relevant experience. • Strong expertise in Product Backlog Management and Prioritization. • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills. • Hands-on experience in Agile execution and end-to-end product delivery. • Education: B.E. / B.Tech. degree from a reputed university. • Previous MNC experience is preferred. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Employment Type: Full-Time. • Work Model: Onsite in Gurgaon, NCR. • Candidates must be currently based in Delhi NCR and comfortable working onsite. • Joining Timeline: Immediate joiners or candidates currently serving their notice period only. ### Compensation & Benefits • Budget: Up to ₹25 LPA (flexible for the right candidate). ### Application Instructions Interested and eligible candidates should submit their updated resume via email, mentioning “Product Manager – Life / Wealth Insurance” in the subject line.
