Role & Company / Project Overview Cool Air System is looking for a motivated and responsible Purchase Executive to join our growing HVAC team in Gurgaon, Haryana. This role offers an excellent opportunity to expand your procurement career within the HVAC industry. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Handle purchasing of HVAC materials, equipment, and accessories. • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for quotations, pricing, and delivery. • Compare quotations and negotiate competitive prices. • Prepare purchase orders and maintain purchase records. • Coordinate with site and project teams to ensure timely material availability. • Follow up on pending orders, deliveries, and supplier payments. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • 1–2 years of experience in purchase/procurement, preferably in the HVAC or MEP industry. • Good vendor coordination and negotiation skills. • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and purchase documentation. • Good communication and organizational skills.
