Role & Company / Project Overview: We are hiring an experienced Warehouse Assistant Manager to join our warehouse and store operations team located in Manesar, Gurgaon. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Oversee overall warehouse workflows, material movement, and operational discipline. • Supervise dispatch operations, inward and outward processes, and stock integrity. • Prepare advanced MIS reports, track supply chain metrics, and maintain digital documentation. • Coordinate between vendors, logistics partners, and internal departments for seamless supply chain execution. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Experience: Minimum 5 years in warehouse and store operations. • Technical Skills: Hands-on experience in SAP is mandatory. • Advanced MS Excel expertise, including proficiency in MIS reporting, VLOOKUP, and Pivot Tables. • Good understanding of inventory management and stock reconciliation. • Strong coordination and warehouse management abilities. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Onsite warehouse role located in Manesar, Gurgaon, Haryana, India. Compensation & Benefits: • Salary Budget: Up to ₹5 LPA (₹5,00,000 per annum).
