Role & Company / Project Overview: We are hiring a strategic and articulate leader for the role of Head - Investor Relations with a reputed Public Limited Company based in Gurgaon. You will act as the key link between the company's leadership and the investment community, shaping the equity story and building lasting investor confidence. This is a high-visibility role offering direct access to top management and the Board, the opportunity to shape market positioning and investor perception, and competitive compensation with strong growth prospects. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Develop and communicate the company's equity story, investment thesis, and long-term strategy. • Manage relationships with institutional investors, analysts, fund houses, proxy advisors, and shareholders. • Prepare quarterly earnings presentations, press releases, investor decks, fact sheets, and annual report content. • Organise earnings calls, analyst meets, roadshows, and investor conferences. • Ensure compliance with SEBI (LODR) regulations and stock exchange disclosure requirements. • Track market sentiment, peer benchmarking, and shareholder movement, providing regular feedback to the Board and senior management. • Work closely with the CEO, CFO, Finance, Legal, and Company Secretarial teams. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 8+ years of experience in Investor Relations. • Current or prior background working with a Public Limited (Listed) Company is mandatory. • Strong understanding of financial statements, valuation, and capital market dynamics. • Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills. • Confident in handling senior management, fund managers, and analysts. • Sound knowledge of SEBI regulations and disclosure norms. • Education: MBA (Finance) / CA / CFA preferred.
