• Role & Company / Project Overview Unison International Consulting is exclusively hiring a strategic and visionary Marketing Head on behalf of a leading luxury footwear and handbags brand. The mandate is centered on building iconic brands, creating aspirational customer experiences, strengthening brand positioning, and accelerating overall business growth. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Formulate and execute comprehensive brand strategy, brand positioning, and premium brand-building roadmaps. - Lead full 360-degree marketing initiatives across ATL (Above-The-Line), BTL (Below-The-Line), and digital channels. - Spearhead PR, media relations, high-profile influencer marketing campaigns, and celebrity collaborations. - Drive brand desirability, market presence, footfall, and measurable commercial performance. - Oversee consumer insights, luxury customer engagement strategies, and trend forecasting. - Lead, mentor, and inspire high-performing marketing teams. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Seasoned marketing leader with extensive leadership experience in luxury fashion, premium footwear, luxury handbags, or lifestyle brands. - Strong background in brand strategy, positioning, and high-end brand equity building. - Demonstrated track record of conceptualizing and executing 360-degree ATL/BTL/digital marketing campaigns. - Deep domain expertise in PR, media relations, influencer strategies, and celebrity partnerships. - Comprehensive understanding of luxury consumer behavior, luxury customer engagement, and industry trends. - Proven ability to elevate brand desirability and drive business revenue. - Excellent leadership and team management capabilities. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Gurgaon, Haryana, India - Full-time executive placement • Compensation & Benefits - Annual CTC: ₹50,00,000 to ₹60,00,000 per annum (₹50–60 LPA) • Application Instructions - Eligible professionals are encouraged to submit their updated CV via email or contact directly by phone for a confidential discussion.
