• Role & Company / Project Overview HuntingCube is hiring a Senior Business Analyst – Healthcare to contribute to impactful healthcare technology solutions. The position is based in Gurgaon with a maximum notice period requirement of 60 days. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Drive requirements gathering and conduct stakeholder workshops in complex healthcare environments. - Prepare comprehensive functional and technical specifications. - Lead data mapping, workflows definition, and secure information exchange. - Oversee healthcare interoperability and data integration projects. - Manage and support System, Integration, and UAT testing to ensure high quality and standard compliance. - Work hands-on with EMR / EHR systems and related digital health platforms. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Healthcare domain. - 3+ years of specific experience in Data Integration / Interoperability projects. - Strong Healthcare Technology and Digital Health experience. - In-depth proficiency with HL7 v2 and HL7 FHIR standards. - Expertise in Healthcare Interoperability and Data Integration. - Extensive experience with Data Mapping, Workflows, and Information Exchange. - Demonstrated background in EMR / EHR systems. - Proven track record in Requirements Gathering, Stakeholder Workshops, Functional & Technical Specifications, as well as System, Integration, and UAT Testing within complex healthcare setups. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Gurgaon, Haryana, India. - Notice Period: Maximum 60 days. • Compensation & Benefits - Budget / Salary: Up to ₹40 LPA (INR 4,000,000 per annum). • Application Instructions - Eligible and interested candidates can forward their updated resumes to the recruiter contact provided.
