• Role & Company / Project Overview We are hiring experienced professionals for a Blended Process (CL-11 level) with a leading organization in Gurgaon. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Manage customer queries across both voice and non-voice communication channels within a blended contact centre process. - Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality. - Coordinate and resolve client issues following standard operating procedures. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Eligibility: Undergraduates (UG) or Graduates. - Experience: Minimum 1 year of Contact Centre / BPO experience. - Communication: Strong communication skills with good voice and non-voice proficiency. - Assessment Benchmarks: Voice Versant score of 65, Non-Voice Versant score of 65, and AMCAT SVAR score of B1 and above. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Work Schedule: 24×7 rotational shifts. - Location: Gurgaon / Gurugram, Haryana, India. • Compensation & Benefits - Salary: Up to ₹5.80 LPA CTC. - In-Hand: ₹39,000 + ₹2,500 MIV. - Hike: Up to 30% hike, subject to applicable capping. • Application Instructions - Interested candidates can share their updated CV for screening and interview alignment.
