Job description

• Role & Company / Project Overview Mindtel Global is looking for an experienced Solution Architect to lead enterprise architecture, cloud modernization, and digital transformation initiatives across FinTech, Banking, Telecom, and Digital Platforms domains. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Design scalable, secure, and highly available enterprise solutions. - Define microservices, event-driven architecture, and API-led integrations. - Lead cloud modernization initiatives using AWS and Azure. - Design solutions using Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native technologies. - Drive API security, integration architecture, and system resiliency. - Prepare High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documents and lead architecture reviews. - Collaborate with business, engineering, cybersecurity, and compliance teams. - Drive DevOps automation, CI/CD, disaster recovery, and high availability. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Total Experience: 9+ Years. - Mandatory Skills: - Solution Architecture & Enterprise Systems. - Microservices & Distributed Systems. - REST APIs, API Gateway & Integration Patterns. - AWS / Azure Cloud. - Docker & Kubernetes. - OAuth2, TLS/mTLS, IAM & API Security. - High Availability, Disaster Recovery & Cloud Modernization. - Architecture Governance & Stakeholder Management. - Good to Have: - Experience in FinTech, Banking, Digital Payments, or Telecom domains. - Fraud Detection, AML, KYC/KYB architecture knowledge. - Ansible, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, and Linux. - TOGAF Certification. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Gurgaon, Haryana, India. • Application Instructions - Interested candidates can share their updated CV with 'Solution Architect – Gurgaon' mentioned in the email subject line.
