Role & Company / Project Overview MPG Group is actively hiring an experienced Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant based out of Gurgaon in a hybrid work arrangement to drive ERP implementation initiatives. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Lead and deliver end-to-end ERP implementations • Conduct functional design and comprehensive requirement gathering • Facilitate client workshops, draft detailed functional documentation, and oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) • Drive stakeholder management and apply deep business process expertise throughout the project lifecycle Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Approximately 10 years of overall professional experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Dynamics NAV • Proven functional consulting background across full implementation cycles • In-depth expertise in ERP business processes, configuration, and client interaction Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: Gurgaon, Haryana, India • Work Mode: Hybrid Compensation & Benefits • Competitive CTC aligned with experience and industry standards Application Instructions • Interested candidates or referrals should submit their profile along with total experience, relevant BC/NAV experience, current location, notice period, and expected CTC.
