Role & Company / Project Overview: Hiking IT is hiring an Accountant Intern to support finance and accounting activities while gaining hands-on practical experience in day-to-day accounting operations. Immediate joiners preferred. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Assist with basic accounting entries and maintain accurate financial records. • Support invoice, bill, receipt, and payment processing. • Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable management. • Support bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation. • Assist with GST and TDS-related compliance and activities. • Maintain systematic financial documents and audit-ready records. • Support the finance team with daily operational accounting tasks. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • B.Com / M.Com or relevant academic qualification in commerce/finance. • Fresher candidates eligible. • Basic knowledge of core accounting concepts and principles. • Knowledge of Tally and MS Excel is preferred. • Strong attention to detail with high numerical accuracy. • Positive willingness to learn and collaborate effectively in a team.
