Role & Company Overview: Pro Search UK is seeking Telecoms Civil Engineers for long-term utilities and telecoms infrastructure projects across Guildford and Surrey. Immediate starts are available for solo engineers or duos looking to work together. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Carry out roadside civil engineering tasks on telecoms and utility installations. • Complete reinstatement, paving, tarmacking, and digger operations across designated sites. • Maintain strict adherence to site safety, highways compliance, and high quality of workmanship. • Collaborate effectively in solo or two-person crew setups to finish scheduled jobs. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Prior experience working in roadside civils within the telecommunications or utilities domain. • Demonstrated competence with tarmacking, reinstatement, pavements, and operating diggers. • Full manual UK driving licence is essential. • Must reside locally in or around Guildford/Surrey. • UK residents only; no visa sponsorship provided. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Guildford / Surrey, United Kingdom. • Work Setting: Roadside field sites. Compensation & Benefits: • Self-employed contract (paid per job) with a guaranteed day rate. • Excellent rates of pay on long-term project work. • Fully equipped van, tools, and fuel card supplied. • Training and accreditation support included.
