Role & Company / Project Overview: Prosys Bangun Persada is a leading Strategic Project Management and Project Management Consulting company specializing in the Oil & Gas, Energy, and Building & Infrastructure sectors. We are urgently seeking a qualified and experienced Procurement Lead to join our smelter project client in Gresik, East Java. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Procure project materials, equipment, spare parts, and engineering-related goods and services. • Conduct strong negotiation, supplier evaluation, vendor management, and contract administration. • Manage procurement planning, delivery schedules, cost control, and cross-functional coordination with engineering, construction, and project teams. • Ensure all procurement activities strictly comply with project specifications, quality standards, and established delivery timelines. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. • Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, with preference given to background in smelter, mining, heavy industrial, or engineering and construction projects. • Proven expertise in sourcing and procuring project materials, equipment, spare parts, and engineering services. • Strong vendor negotiation, contract administration, and supplier relationship skills. • Ability to join immediately (CAN JOIN ASAP). Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Onsite project location: Gresik, East Java, Indonesia. • Work schedule is determined by the Project Director based on site conditions. Compensation & Benefits: • Net monthly salary of IDR 18,000,000. • Mess accommodation provided. • Round-trip flight tickets between Gresik and Jakarta provided (travel expenses between Jakarta and personal domicile outside Jakarta will be borne by the employee).
