• Role & Company / Project Overview: Sharda Uptown is looking for experienced Customer Relationship Management (CRM) professionals from real estate developer backgrounds to join the team in Greater Noida as Senior Manager – CRM. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Lead and oversee end-to-end customer relationship management operations for real estate projects. - Supervise CRM workflows, client onboarding, documentation, and query resolution. - Coordinate cross-functionally between sales, site operations, collections, and legal teams. - Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, handling escalations and resolving customer grievances. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Relevant experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM), specifically with a Real Estate Developer. - Strong leadership, coordination, and interpersonal skills. - Excellent communication and effective problem-solving abilities. - Exclusively open to candidates with real estate developer experience. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. - Work Type: Full-time on-site corporate position. • Compensation & Benefits: - Competitive salary package based on industry standards and experience. • Application Instructions: - Interested and eligible professionals are requested to send their updated resumes via email.
