• Role & Company / Project Overview We are seeking a skilled Health & Safety / EHS professional to lead workplace safety, compliance, risk management, incident prevention, and continuous improvement initiatives at our facility in Graniteville, South Carolina. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Develop, implement & continuously improve Health & Safety programs, policies, procedures & standards. - Partner with Manufacturing, Maintenance, Engineering & Leadership teams to identify, assess & mitigate workplace hazards. - Conduct Safety Audits, Risk Assessments, JHA/JSA & Workplace Inspections. - Lead Incident Investigations, Root Cause Analysis & Corrective Action Planning. - Monitor Safety KPIs, injury trends, workers’ compensation data & regulatory reporting. - Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, company policies & industry best practices. - Coordinate regulatory inspections and work with health & safety agencies. - Develop & deliver Health & Safety Training for employees, contractors & leadership. - Support Emergency Preparedness, Emergency Response & Crisis Management. - Facilitate safety committees and employee engagement initiatives. - Lead safety projects independently with limited supervision. - Support Continuous Improvement & Safety Automation initiatives. - Use analytical and technical problem-solving skills to improve safety processes. - Build strong relationships with internal & external stakeholders through communication, collaboration & influence. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Demonstrated professional experience in EHS, HSE, Environmental Health & Safety, Occupational Safety, Industrial Safety, or Manufacturing Safety. - In-depth knowledge of OSHA compliance, risk management, safety audits, incident investigation, and root cause analysis. - Proficiency in conducting JHA (Job Hazard Analysis) and JSA (Job Safety Analysis). - Strong analytical, technical problem-solving, and communication skills. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Job Location: Graniteville, South Carolina, United States. - Onsite manufacturing environment. • Compensation & Benefits - Competitive compensation based on industrial safety qualifications and experience. • Application Instructions - Send your updated resume along with your LinkedIn profile URL with the subject line 'Health & Safety – Graniteville' to the provided hiring email address.
