• Role & Company / Project Overview: FLY91 (Bharat Unbound) is inviting applications from ambitious aviators for the role of Trainee Captain. This role is designed for experienced Senior First Officers ready for direct command upgrade on the ATR 72-600 fleet. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Undergo rigorous command upgrade training, simulator assessments, and line-oriented flight training (LOFT) for direct P1 upgrade. - Assist the Pilot-in-Command during line training phases while building command decision-making skills. - Execute flight operations adhering to airline SOPs, aircraft operating limitations, and DGCA regulations. - Ensure safe, efficient, and punctual flight handling across regional routes. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Indian Senior First Officer (SFO) with a minimum of 3000 total flying hours. - Valid DGCA ATPL license required for direct P1 upgrade. - Current Class 1 Medical certificate, valid FRTO, RTR, and ELP endorsements. - Strong technical proficiency, flight discipline, and leadership potential. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Bases: Goa & Hyderabad. - Contract pattern: Structured schedule of monthly 23 days of work and 7 days off. - Onsite regional flight operations. • Compensation & Benefits: - Comprehensive airline command training pathway, structured roster, and competitive contractual remuneration. • Application Instructions: - Email your CV directly to the pilot careers team, ensuring the specific position applied for is clearly stated in the subject line.
