### Role & Company / Project Overview At Red Label, every manager starts as a Community Outreach Representative with an internal promotion structure and no outside hires for leadership. Representatives assist Los Angeles residents in learning about and enrolling in the state and federal benefit programs they qualify for. The position offers career growth opportunities into training new representatives, leading teams, and managing office operations. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Attend mandatory daily 8:00 AM team meetings at the Glendale office • Engage directly with LA residents to provide outreach and support • Assist eligible community members with enrolling in state and federal benefit programs • Participate fully in paid onboarding and operational training • Advance through operational tiers to train new reps, lead teams, and run offices ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Minimum age of 18 years old • Reliable transportation • No prior experience needed; comprehensive training is provided from day one • Spanish language proficiency is considered a plus • Strong desire for career advancement and leadership development ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Part-time weekday mornings • Every shift starts with an 8:00 AM team meeting • Work location: 700 N.
