Role & Company / Project Overview: Fortune Select Ghaziabad (Member ITC Hotels' Group) is looking for an experienced and energetic Captain to lead food and beverage service on the floor. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Supervise food and beverage service operations during meal shifts and banquets • Guide, assign tasks to, and mentor service associates (GSAs) to ensure prompt, courteous guest service • Attend to guest inquiries, handle special requests or complaints, and ensure high levels of guest satisfaction • Oversee table setups, billing procedures, and coordination with kitchen staff Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Relevant supervisory or captain-level experience in hotel food and beverage outlets • Preference will be given to candidates with hospitality industry background • Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Fortune District Centre Ghaziabad, Plot No. 1, Sector 23, Sanjay Nagar, Distt.
