Role & Company / Project Overview: GH2 Industries (Pvt.) Ltd., part of GH2 Group, is looking for an experienced and technically strong professional to join our team as Assistant General Manager Production at our manufacturing facility in Gharo, District Thatta, Sindh. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Oversee process manufacturing and production operations at the plant. • Manage wet processing, rice milling, or integrated manufacturing operations. • Direct operations involving high-pressure boilers, steam systems, and industrial utilities. • Implement and maintain rigorous preventive maintenance schedules, process optimization, and equipment reliability strategies. • Lead cross-functional production and technical teams to achieve operational targets. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering. • Experience: 12 to 14 years of professional experience. • Strong experience in process manufacturing and production operations. • Hands-on exposure to food-grade, pharmaceutical-grade, starch, glucose, sorbitol, or process industries. • Sound knowledge of high-pressure boilers, steam systems, and industrial utilities. • Experience in rice milling, wet processing, or integrated manufacturing operations. • Strong grip on preventive maintenance, process optimization, and equipment reliability. • Proven leadership and cross-functional team management capabilities. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Manufacturing facility in Gharo, District Thatta, Sindh, Pakistan. • Work setup: Onsite manufacturing plant.
