Role & Company / Project Overview: Fusion Recruitment Services is seeking an experienced commercial tax technology leader for the role of Lead – E-Invoicing & Digital Compliance, Europe (Senior Manager / Associate Director / Director level) to build and scale the European e-invoicing and digital compliance business from the ground up. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Drive market entry and enterprise business development. • Originate and close complex opportunities across Europe. • Engage C-level and senior Tax, Finance, IT & ERP stakeholders. • Lead client workshops, readiness assessments, and solution discussions. • Advise on e-invoicing, digital reporting, and indirect tax technology. • Build strategic relationships with SAP, ERP, advisory, and technology partners. • Shape go-to-market, positioning, and commercial strategy. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 8–15 years of relevant professional experience. • Strong e-invoicing / tax technology / indirect tax experience. • Proven enterprise sales and business development track record. • SAP / SAP DRC or ERP experience. • Strong understanding of European e-invoicing mandates. • Market-building and partner ecosystem experience. • Languages: German and English mandatory; French is a plus.
