Role & Company / Project Overview: Opportunity for an SMT Technician / Engineer to support surface-mount technology operations within established electronics manufacturing facilities in Penang, Malaysia. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Set up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot Surface Mount Technology (SMT) machines and production lines • Monitor SMT processes, solder paste printing, pick-and-place, and reflow oven parameters • Address technical defects, optimize machine yield, and ensure continuous line operation • Perform routine maintenance and calibration on SMT manufacturing equipment Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Technical or engineering background with proven SMT manufacturing experience • Relevant experience in E&E, Electronics, or EMS manufacturing industries • Practical, hands-on production line troubleshooting and machine maintenance skills • Solid problem-solving and technical evaluation abilities • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced plant setting Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Penang, Malaysia • Employment Type: Permanent Opportunity Compensation & Benefits: • Details determined upon review of current and expected compensation requirements Application Instructions: • Forward your CV along with current salary, expected salary, and notice period via WhatsApp.
