Role & Company Overview: DRC Systems is hiring an experienced professional for the position of Head – Brand & Marketing to join the team at GIFT City, Gandhinagar. Note that female candidates are preferred for this position, and only Gujarat-based candidates are eligible to apply. Key Responsibilities & Focus Areas: • Drive Brand Strategy & Brand Awareness, Demand Generation, and Product Marketing initiatives. • Lead B2B/B2C Marketing, Go-To-Market (GTM) execution, as well as Performance & Digital Marketing campaigns. • Oversee SEO/SEM, Social Media Management, Content Marketing, and Email Marketing. • Plan and manage Events, Exhibitions, Tradeshows, Webinars, and Offline Marketing activities. • Supervise Marketing Analytics, Marketing ROI tracking, Budget Management, and provide Team Leadership. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Educational Qualification: Graduate; an MBA in Marketing is preferred. • Experience: 10 to 15 years of relevant marketing experience. • Mandatory Requirement: Must have proven hands-on experience in BOTH IT Services and IT Product Marketing.
